Frequently Asked Questions

• How do I get photos from the game to my phone/PC?
Photos taken with the in-game tablet camera are saved to DCIM/graffism (Windows) or shared/graffism (Android). They also appear in your Meta Horizon app gallery.

• When is the next update?
All updates are announced in our Roadmap. Since the game is still in active development, updates don’t have fixed dates — they may arrive at the beginning or the end of a month.

• What is the difference between the Quest and Steam versions?
The Steam version currently offers higher resolution and improved graphics. In the future, we plan to add extra features that take advantage of PC performance.

• How can I send my artwork to be included in the environment?
We open submissions periodically on our Discord. Keep an eye on the submission channel and upload your artwork whenever submissions are open.

• Why do colors in some scenes look different from the real ones?
Some scenes use color filters and lighting adjustments to create a more realistic look that matches the environment’s light and weather conditions.

• Can I upload my own photo to use as a reference?
There’s no direct upload option at the moment, but you can place your image into the same folder where your in-game photos are saved. It will then appear in your in-game gallery.

• Do you have a projector feature to place my sketch on the wall?
Not yet — but it’s planned for an upcoming update.

• Do I need a PC to play Graffism? What headset do I need?
You don’t need a PC if you’re using Meta Quest 2, 3, or 3S.
For other headsets, you’ll need a PC to play through Steam.
For the best standalone performance, we recommend the Meta Quest 3 or 3S.

• Will Graffism be available on PSVR?
We keep extending our platform and soon we will try to be in PSVR too.
